Welcome to GroupOps ("Service"), operated by GroupOps ("we"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Each person may only create one account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Use of Service

GroupOps provides a group expense management platform. You agree to:

  • Use the Service for personal and group financial management purposes.
  • Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to the system or other users' data.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.

4. Plans and Payment

  • Free Plan: Unlimited use with basic features.
  • Pro Plan: Yearly billing. You may cancel anytime and continue using until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are considered within 7 days of payment.

5. User Data

  • You own all expense data you enter into the system.
  • You may export and delete your data at any time.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

6. Groups and Access

  • Group administrators are responsible for managing members and group data.
  • Group members can view shared group expense data.
  • When you leave a group, you lose access to that group's data.

7. Limitation of Liability

GroupOps provides an expense management tool. We are not responsible for:

  • Financial decisions made based on data from the Service.
  • Data loss due to device errors or user actions.
  • Service interruptions due to maintenance or events beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting dung13890@gmail.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
